Privacy Policy — Sudoku Classic
Sudoku Classic (“the app”) is designed to be completely private. It works fully offline and does not collect, transmit, or share any data about you.
Data we collect
None. The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal or usage data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no analytics or advertising.
Network access
The app has no internet permission and makes no network connections. All puzzles are generated on your device, and every feature works offline.
Data stored on your device
The app stores the following only on your device, so it can function:
- Your in-progress game (grid, notes, timer, undo history)
- Your game history and statistics
- Your daily-challenge completions and streaks
- Your settings (theme, board style, toggles, reminder preference)
This information never leaves your device. It may be included in your device’s standard Android backup (Google Backup / device transfer) if you have that enabled; that backup is governed by Google’s and your device manufacturer’s policies, not by us.
Permissions
- Notifications (optional): used only to show a local daily-reminder notification you choose to enable. The app works fully without it.
- Vibration (optional): used only for in-app haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings.
Removing your data
To delete all locally stored data, clear the app’s storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect any data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
